228th Avenue near State Highway Bothell Everett
228th between Bothell Everett Hwy and Meridian is steep and encourages higher than 30mph speeds. Speed traps are set typically but not always, for the downhill drivers. I have not seen them during am rush hour. This stretch of road is getting more and more congested and I suspect that speed traps there can and will be "anytime". For now though, afternoon and early evenings seems to be the targeted time.
