228th Street near Green River Road
It is located at the base of a new connector road with greater than a 6% grade to it. The posted speed limit is 40 and to maintain that it is imperative that you ride your brakes heavily all the way down the hill. At the base, just as you round a cuve the speed limit suddenly changes to from 40 to 35 and I have regularly seen police vehicles and motorcycles there catching people who can’t maintain the braking needed to keep the speed down. Poor planning before construction and one heck of a grade to the hill.
