2400 N HWY 123 between Alt 90 and Interstate 10
HWY 123 is a six lane highway connecting Alt 90 with I-10. Normal speeds on six lane highways are usually 50-65mph, but Seguin has it posted at 45mph. A motorcycle officer works this stretch and fills the court docket by lunchtime.
