281 Hwy does not go from Ellsworth to I-70. 156 Hwy goes past the City of Ellsworth to I-70. 281 Hwy goes north from Great Bend to Hoisington and from Hoisington 281 goes to I-70 and the City of Russell. So before you slam a county or city for being a speed trap, know where you are at.
