Nasty little spped trap on loop 287 near the zoo. A cop loves to sit near a pile of gravel the highway department uses. He wears a smokey hat and loves to write tickets with no mercy. Loves to catch people who refuse to buckle up. Once wrote me a ticket and laughed in my face when I explained that I was suffering from the worst case of the runs ever!
