Keep a heads up for a blue Civic SI, tinted windows, moderately "hooked up" a la fast and the furious. Car was built by a local shop specifically for the Mass State troopers. If the car pulls up next to you do not feel tempted to race, because as soon as you punch it on goes the blue lights. Remember, dark blue Civic SI with dark tinted windows. sorry I cannot give more info on what asthetic mods it has yet, but I have talked to a kid that worked for the shop that built the car and I have also heard from numerous local kids in the import scene that the car exsists.
