30 Dix Expressway near State Route 585
City Police hide behind cement barricade monitoring traffic going towards Rt 3 where they are unseen as you pass through and at night…no parking lights displayed…
And if you are going towards Rt 585 Bowman St)…they are up in the embankment with no lights on
