You come up a hill and it has one speed limit sign that if you don’t see. you will never see again. You’re going up a big hill you need to get speed to go. As you come around the bend and start to slow down he already has you in a parking lot on the right hand side at the top of the hill before the gas station!

Oh my this is not that big of a hill. I have lived and been up and down this road for 50 years and i cannot figure why you say you need to build up speed to get up it. Heck when I was a kid we rode our bicycles up that hill numerous times a day. and the speed limit is 30 mph and that residential area speed limits are . That is why there is not signs every 3 or 4 feet is because we are supposed to know that to obtain a drivers license in this state . Right?
