altho sr 32 just aprox. 200yrds west of the 247 inersection is in the corperation the Seaman cops exspecialy the BIG CHIEF C.CRAWFORD thinks since the new adams county hospital that is on the north side of 32 is in the corperation that sr 32 is too.. so they feel they can write ticketts there. BUT ACORDING TO THERE VILLAGE ATTORNEY N.WHALEN NO THEY CAN’T>> BUT THEY DO IT ANYWAY. AND GET BY WITH IT IN THERE OWN MAYORS COURT.
