33 Expressway near Eggert Road
If you are outbound on the 33, there is a police car (Buffalo/State Trooper) sitting on the on ramp from Eggert Rd Entrance. You dont see them until you already pass them. I have seen them there numerous times. The worst part is it is technically Cheektowaga by the welcome sign, but yet a Buffalo Cop pulls you over.
