35th Avenue near MacArthur Boulevard
35th Ave is a 4-lane divided roadway. The posted speed limit above Hwy. 13 is 35 MPH but the speed limit changes to 30 MPH from Hwy 13 to MacArthur. Police hide between parked cars and in the shadow of trees waiting for downhill traffic on 35th Ave. with radar and motorcycles.
