35W & North Freeway
I’ve spotted a motorcycle police officer hiding behind the corner in front of the NTB. He catches people going over 30 mph and pulls them over. This is a 4-lane fwy and the speed limit is 30. Most people are still going 65 after exiting off 35W to enter Basswood Blvd or visit the Home Depot near by.

There are 35 mph signs as you exit IH35 NB toward Basswood, and there are also 35 mph signs (or at least 1 sign) on the service road going northbound, and most people tend to ignore them. I have seen on occasion the motorcycle police officer working his radar gun from the top of the service road right in front of ntb and the apartments. I can understand people might occasionally miss that one on the exit ramp that are not familiar with the area, but most people that are the guilty ones tend just to ignore them, and then they go 50 mph changing lanes to exit eastbound on Basswood.....very dangerous situation.
