37th and Rucker
At mid morning on week days, motorcycles and unmarked police cars are frequently lined up in parking lots next to Rucker to stop cars exceeding the 30mph speed limit on Rucker, both north and south bound.

Somewhat obvious. You are in town...and it is clearly posted. Maybe try and do the speed limit and....that should solve your problems.
I got stop there last night doing 5 over coming home from work. I know people need to slow down but 5 over at 11pm. after getting I stopped at the next light and a pimp and hooker where fighting at the gas station on Pacific and Rucker I think he will be better off patrolling the area then sitting in a dark parking lot pulling people over. There bigger fish to fry in the area.
