38th Avenue and Ironton
Cops sit just off 38th by the irrigation canal and point their radar guns at the traffic coming up (and down) 38th. People cannot see the car until they’re within 200 yards, so if you’re over 30 mph (as you pick up speed to go up the hill), they gotcha!
