3900 Block of Southern Blvd near NM 528
Evidently Southern Blvd, a major thoroughfare, slows to 30 mph near its intersection with NM 528. I was issued a speed camera ticket for $100 for doing 41 mph in a 30 mph zone. Southern is 45 mph in most places so I must have missed the speed limit change.

I also received a speeding ticket fine for $100 in the mail from STOP for going 41 mph in a 30 mph zone on the 3900 Blk of Southern Blvd East Bound. Southern Blvd is 45 miles per hour and as far as I know there aren't any speeding limit signs that read 30 mph.
You must drive with your eyes closed! East of Unser on Southern is 40 MPH and there is a yellow flashing light above the 30 MPH sign to warn you that it is going to slow from 40 to 30 about .1 of a mile ahead and .1 miles before you get to where the speed van was located. More than enough time to slow down as you approach the busy intersection at 528. Stop your crying and pay more attention to your driving!
I got the same exact ticket in that location on southern to 528 intersection, also going 41 in a 30 mph zone. I really try to obey laws, especially on speeding, so would like to contest this, but can't take time off work to go to court... I also agree if you break the law you should pay up, but I don't believe I was, and the fact that someone else got the same exact ticket makes me wonder...
I'm curious if anyone out there has received this ticket at 3900 Southern and questioned it. I received one, however at the date and time listed, I was taking phone calls at work, all recorded for quality and monitoring, and I'd been there for an hour. My car, as far as I know, could not have been moved unless the nice theif just put it back in my parking space after going for a jog ride.
