As you turn South On 3rd Off Evt. Mall Way 20miles per hour posted after you have already reached the normal 35. Officers sit in Apts. parking Lot behind trees.

Ummmm....the 25MPH sign is clearly posted on the street lamp pole just south of AM/PM. It is a residential street....and the officers stand on the sidewalk. They are hardly "hiding"....just standing where other people walk/stand. If you dont speed, the cops will actually wave and smile at you. Thanks for keeping our neighborhood safe guys!
Correction, the officer is parked in a "FIRE LANE" on private property. they stay next to the burm hidden on private property. When they flag you down, they order you onto private property then order you to park in a fire lane to cote you a ticket. Why does the city of Everett allow the officers to violate the law to catch a person speeding? This is wrong and is no way for people enforcing laws to act.
The revenue collections officer in post 1 is full of it.
Quit lying and defending your departments shady tactics to extort money out of its citizens. You took an oath to defend the constitution of the USA, not to hide behind a radar gun and steal revenue from citizens to reach your quota/standard/#of contacts.
