3rd Street
Turning west off 4th St onto 3rd street along the entrance to the mobile home park. Officers usually sit behind the shopping mall side by side, to get both ways. Speed is posted 15 mph going south, but coming north on 3rd St. off of 4th St. it is not posted anywhere. The cops are merciless in giving tickets here.
