435 going East Just before the Stadiums
There’s always an officer in a patrol car aimed right at the east bound traffic, and another one about 50 feet ahead already giving out a ticket to someone else. Be careful on this stretch, because of the steep hill.

Firstly, I-435 doesn't go east or west at that place. I think they meant I-70 at I-435 on the east side of Kansas City, MO. Also the hill in there reference is not that steep, but it is an up/down grade at that point depending on your direction of travel
