4th Avenue, East side of the RR tracks between Stirling Road and Sheridan.
Officers sit in the service road exits to 4th Ave., near SW 6th Street. Speed limit is 30 mph and should be slow for residential, but we object to the officers hiding in the service roads. If they sat where people could see them, people would not speed, which clearly shows they’re looking for revenue. This info is up to date as of May 31, 2003
