4th Avenue near State Route 420
do not enter either from 4th ave to rt 420 in the morning from 7am-9am and do not enter 4th ave from rt 420 in afternoon 3pm – 6pm. This is nothing more than a chance to make money for the town. and to harrass residence from the boardering towns. The politician that came up with this law is a loser and that’s the fact jack !
