4th Street near Walnut Street
Police like to sit in the funeral home parking lot to watch for cars not stopping at the stop sign. It’s a fun to sit outside at 4th St Grill and watch. Anywhere in downtown Rochester is watched closely by police.

Yes. The police do hang here and do issue tickets to those who run the stop signs. This, overall, is a good thing as many anxious, cell-phoning, overcaffinated, type A drivers endanger pedestrians. Many of us feel safer that these types of drivers have something to worry about and maybe slow down and come to a complete stop!
