5 Freeway between Pico and PCH
Despite there being 4 to 5 open lanes in each direction, they have a 55 mph speed limit. Until now, nobody has slowed down a bit but they have started enforcing it. I was ticketed for 71 mph despite the fact that almost everyone was going faster than me. For the CHP, it’s like shooting fish in a barrel.
