He was parked at 500 Rosecrans Ave facing EAST (Car), I was heading WEST on Rosecrans at 4:15 PM. Some how he can clock you with all the bushes, trees, and brush from the opposite side of the avenue (over 5 lanes [2 lanes West, center medium, 2 lanes East, than parking lane])

He pulls the truck in front of me and myself on Highland (mind you we were all driving with the flow of traffic)and tickets both of us. I asked to see the Lidar and he said, “He can’t take it out of the car with our him losing the speed and besides the last speed time was the trucks speed and not mine”. he said, “I clocked you first then locked on his speed, but I won’t write down how fast you go, I’ll just write it so you can go to traffic school”. As if he is doing me a favor, yeah right.
