54 bypass, between 15/501 and Merritt Mill exits
Marked car on median positioned to either catch cars coming down the hill and under the 15/501 bridge, or cars getting on from Smith Level. 54 bypass also regularly patrolled by unmarked cars – usually east of the 15/501 exit.
