5th ave NE varies from 120th to 110th (Northgate)
I sometimes see them early in the morning on my way towards Northgate mall on the left side in a squad car and also around 10am – 11am once in a while on the right side on motor bike sitting on one of the dead end streets radaring everyone passing by.
