5th Avenue near 86th Street
NYPD routinely sit at or around the intersection of 5th Ave and 86th Street waiting for cars whom do not pay attention to some of the poorly marked "No Left Turn" signs and give tickets for this at a minimum.

I am in this intersection every day. The no left turn signs are right there infront of you. If you don`T SEE the signs you are blind and should pull over and park your car.
