5th Street near State Route 33
Coming downhill 5th Street towards Dublin Avenue (Marble Cliff area of Grandview) the speed limit changes from 35 to 25 Mph. The Grandview Police are sitting just past the Railroad tracks off to the right (out of view until you hit the tracks). They are there almost nightly writing tickets. You are coming downhill, so its often hard to slow down to 25 mph.

This is incorrectly identified as 5th Street. The actual location is west-bound Fifth Avenue approaching US 33 (Dublin Road). The intersection of US 33 & 5th Ave., and 5th Ave east of the intersection is in Marble Cliff (patrolled by GHPD). 5th Ave west of the intersection is in Columbus.
