61st Street near Woodlawn Road
On 61st about 1/4 mile West of Woodlawn. Kechi’s finest likes to sit facing West to catch people coming up the hill from the West. The speed limit is 30 until you get to where he sits. Driving East on 61st you won’t see him until its too late.
