63rd Street near 14th st Street
As you travel west bound on 63rd you cross the hump in the road which is 41. Right there usuallay in the cvs parking lot or the plaza they will hide out side there car in the bushes and flag you down. Almost always more than one cop doing the pulling over.

Again in bradenton streets run parallel to each other 63rd st is 51 blocks west of 14th st and runs parallel to it.
This guy means 63rd Avenue it actually does cross 41, which is 14th St where he states
