i met the city policeman as he was coming down the curved road and i was starting up it. i drive a commercial vehicle.i looked at my speed which was 45mph as posted so was not concerned and went on out of town. 6-7 miles out of town i was contacted by cb radio and told to pull over. the officer then informed me that he clocked me at 59 but by the time he locked on to me i was at 57mph. i tried to explain to hime that it was physically impossible for my truck to be rumming that fast as i was still in 9th gear. he then informed me that if i would just pay the $65.00 , it would never show on my liscence, which is illegal since i hace a cdl. he then made 9 mistakes on the ticket itself.when i went to see the judge, he told me if i would pay $65.oo in court cost, it would never show up anywhere. i am still fighting this ticket as of now and a lawyer is willing to take care of it for me for 450.00 for a $65.00 and i did nothing wrong. i intend to fight this as far as i can go.
