65th Streeet between Old Harlem and Cicero…. They hide behind the docks, bushes etc…. They are always hiding on 65th Street

yes and they will even come into Summit & Chicgao territory to pull you over...fight those tickets in court - they are out of their jurisdiction. I see them at least 4 times a week where they are not supposed to be - so check the address they put on your ticket make sure it is where you actually stop not where they claim to have seen you speeding.
THE ACTUAL STOP IS WHERE THE OFFENSE OCCURED. NOT WHERE THEY PULL YOU OVER. SO IF YOU ARE STOPPED IN SUMIT OR CHICAGO IT DOESN'T MATTER IT IS WHERE THE OFFENSE ACTUALLY OCCURED. THAT AREA IS MULTI JURISDICTIONAL ALSO
