Going West bound down 690W patrol cars are clocking you coming past the Milder Ave. on-ramp, they also check Registration and Inspection on that on-ramp getting onto 690W. Going East bound patrol cars sit in the middle of the on-ramp/off-ramp for the Milder Ave exit.
