Near UTI school there is not only a camera but police are always clocking drivers. You get pulled over if you’re driving 5 MPH over the 45 speed limit…if you have an exhaust, it’s an automatic traffic stop.

The Police in Rancho Cuamonga do not cite at 5 MPH over the speed limit.
The Police in Rancho Cucamonga will cite you for anything and everything if uou are a UTI student. I can confirm this, as I am a UTI student. I see my classmates pulled over all the time for stupid crap. Failure to signal (whoop-dee-doo), modified exhaust (Cops out here seem to falsely believe that mufflers are emissions control devices), and not 5 MPH over, but 2, yes 2 (TWO!) MPH over the speed limit. Consider this confirmed!
Ok this information is for all you road lawers. You have no idea about speed traps. The Rancho Cucamonga Police Motorcycle Officers NEVER write tickets for less than 12 or 15 MPH over the posted speed limits. Show me a ticket 2 or 5 MPH over the speed limit and I will buy you lunch. You are so WRONG !!!
UTI Students are the biggest problem with their speed (60+ MPH) and modifed exhust system.
