70th & Holmes Road
The University Academy is closed and locked up. The gate closed and locked to deny access. Further North on Holmes the school zone is posted as ending at 1600 Hours. But later it is posted as ending at 1700 Hours. This is long after the school closes.
Kansas City, Missouri is known for changing Interstate speed limits to add to the confusion of actual speed limit. State Line Road from 85th Street to 103d Street is also a bad place for speed traps the road is shared with Kansas City, but Leawood Kansas will present you the tickets.

Driving southbound on State Line Road between 95-103rd is a huge speed trap. That is the Kansas side of the street. The police usually sit in the REMAX parking lot on west side of street, once you cap the hilll...it is too late to slow down...and they get you. Be careful!!
