I live 1 block north of this school & can vouch that I always see cruisers in these two positions. Usually twice a night i can see police lights from a pull over flickering in my window (I need to move - it's annoying).
Also - the James St one is very active 7:30-8 in the morning trying to catch people speeidng through the school zone. It's usually just a regular cop car.
