Richardson cops sit in the shadows of the hotel next door to Starbuck’s and Potbelly and tag people all day long on the weekends for failing to observe the NO U-TURN signs (FIVE OF THEM) in the immediate area. Usually, there is one, but later in the day there are two who sit there.
