76th Terrace near Lamar Avenue
They sit on that corner because people like to speed up more than 25 miles per hour and they almost always pull someone over when they are sitting there.

Lamar Avenue between 75th and 79th *needs* this speed restriction. Many of the streets intersecting with Lamar have no other exit other than Metcalf or 75th Street, which are the wrong directions for many people entering or leaving Lamar Avenue.
The Overland Park andn Prairie Village police departments have been called out too many times for vehicle collisions, where someone turning onto or off of Lamar, being the first one in the intersection, is hit by someone already on Lamar and couldn't stop in time.
