I have been caught at this light 3 times in one week. It's the shortest yellow at times. They used to have it set under the state recomended time. Now it is an intermitant problem. The days I went to court there were lucky ticket holders courtesy of this corner pleading their innocense for hours. I understand there was a law suit or someone of some importance who filed a complaint and the time was adjusted. Every time you see some one working on the lights you know they are adjusting it short or changing it back to a state recomended time. I avoid it. Good luck if you use it, hopefully it's set correctly. It's too expensive for me.
