8th Street near Division Street
Police hide behind some shrubs so if you are going east on 8th street they are not clearly visable. They will also park between cars when there is practice going on at the parks on 8th st.

Funny, there are no shrubbery on this corner, only stop signs on the North and South side of Division street, with traffice running East and West with no stop signs for many blocks. Speeders just can't recognise the speed limit of 25 in a residential area. The cops just sit at the stop signs and wait for the MORONS to pass by. It's no ones fault but the speeder's fault.
