I-95 north after exit 123, down hill
if you head back to DC and use I-95 north, limited speed is 55, don’t follow all the traffice; every car seem to run over 70mph.
police waiting to get the driver that doesn’t familiar with the road, I have to push more gas to keep up the traffice ( I-95 must change speed limite to 65 not 55 ) then pass the hill my speed went up in 5 secounds, but too late.. police got me.
beware this spot.
