99 North at Kamm AV on ramp or cul-de-sac
I will see several CHP cars lined up waiting with one using radar gun while the others are ready to bust you

Hwy 99 is just two lanes, till you pass Kingsburg going north then it opens up three lanes about a mile south of speed trap, everyone seems to step on it because they were cooped up in two lanes for awhile. thats why they nailed my daughter, going 80mph.
