99th street, especially coming off of Roberts Road
As soon as you turn off of Roberts Road onto 99th Ave. going up the hill. Anywhere near the golf course near that hill and near the apartments a cop will get you for speeding. One cop in particular looks for every little violation, like no front plate. And he tops it off with "I’m here to serve and protect".
