when you are coming into Rock Springs from hwy 33 the speed limit is 35,, it doesn’t say reduced speed ahead and suddenly there is a 25 mile an hour sign behind a branch of leaves and the police are sitting there also. You don’t have time to slow down and you have a ticket.
