This is a confirmed a speed trap. Motorcycle police hide in the surface road entrances to the Santa Ana River Channel and trap cars going up and down Adams.
Why can anyone think of this area as a speed trap. They have flashing signs that say slow down if you are going to fast. They also post your speed and let you know what the speed limit is. They need to give more tickets in this area.
