When traveling North across the Adams Street Bridge, 2 lanes, approching the 4 way stop, you’ll usually meet a local officer parked in the Hobart Arena parkind lot. They watch not only the stop but the speed. Through the stop the road widens to 4 lanes, but it all maintains the city 25mph limit
