When you drive around in Kingman, Az excluding school zones which are posted for 15MPH you only have 2 speeds in which to drive. Those are 25 and 35 MPH, except when your almost out of town on the main street of Stockton hill Rd will you see a speed limt faster than 35MPH and its only 40 MPH. This town needs to reeval. its speed limits.
