Alamosa as you’re entering downtown from heading East Hwy160
As you are entering Alamosa headed east on Hwy 160, the speed limit drops to 25 mph. The speed limit is strictly enforced and the cops generally hide between the buildings just before Sonic Drive-in. They write tickets for anything over 25mph and the fines are steep.
