Note that they also hide behind walls in the parking lots east of the mall, the east exit of the Puente Hills mall has a 4-way stop and many cars speed through it because the trees cover the stop signs.
There is another hiding spot in the Pier 1 Imports, looking for speeders down Albatross from the residential area.
