Aledo/Iona Road
Posted speed limit of 40 is low for the character of the road. A DPS trooper parks in a draw, stands outside his automobile with a radar gun and clocks vehicle speeds just as drivers are accelerating in anticipation of the higher posted speed limit of 45. It’s like shooting fish in a barrel.
