Photo radar with solar panel and digital display of speed on a downhill sloping street in a construction zone. Will give out tickets into the AM, even when no crews are working. Fine is doubled due to zoning.

It is NOT a photo radar board. It is a radar speed sign. While it does have a flash on it, there is no camera so it cannot take your picture and you will not get a ticket from it.
